3BSE013210R1 16-channel digital input DI830 module
The 3BSE013210R1 module also features analog input ranges (such as 0 to 10 VDC, 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA) and 12-bit resolution. Its output controls the voltage relay output and the resistance load rating is 2 amps at 24 VDC and also 2 amps at 240 VAC.
The module has a variety of functions, mainly including:
Switching logic control: the module can replace the traditional relay circuit, to achieve logic control, sequence control, can be used for single equipment control, can also be used for multi-machine group control and automatic assembly line, such as injection molding machine, printing machine, stapler machine, combined machine tools, grinding machine, packaging production line, plating line, etc.
Industrial process control: In the industrial production process, there are some continuously changing quantities such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and speed (that is, analog quantities). The module uses the corresponding A/D and D/A conversion modules and various control algorithms to deal with these analog quantities and complete the closed-loop control. PID regulation is a common method in this kind of closed-loop control system. Process control is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, heat treatment, boiler control and so on.
